One of the personal care brands that I truly admire (and that my mom swears by), is Himalaya. Their consistent quality, nature-derived actives as well as affordable price point all combine to make it a brand to reckon with. My mom has been using their Day Cream and Night Cream since years so when they launched a new skincare range meant to help women (and men) look younger for longer and I was truly excited to try it out.
Of course, being a blogger has it’s advantages, one of which is that I could attend the launch event and get to try out the products before everyone else. I have been using the new Himalaya Youth Eternity Range since nearly two weeks and here are my first impressions on the products…
About the Himalaya Youth Eternity Range
“The Himalaya Youth Eternity Range is formulated with the finest of nature’s youth preserving ingredients. The range consists of Day Cream, Night Cream and Under Eye Cream. The products have been specially formulated with stem cells from the Edelweiss Plant. The stems cells are combined with herbal active extracts of flowers like Rose Myrtle, Fire Flame Bush, Woodfordia and Cippadessia Baccifera.”

The first thing I want to mention about the Himalaya Youth Eternity range is that the Day Cream and Night Cream both come in a pump packaging. This is such a pleasant change as compared to their other ones which come in a jar. The pump dispenses just the right amount of product and is also very travel friendly.
The Himalaya Youth Eternity Day Cream has a light and non-greasy texture. It gets absorbed easily into my skin without making it feel oily. I do need additional hydration around my mouth area, which is very dry and prone to flaking so there I apply some of the eye cream too. For now, the Day Cream is adequate for my hydration needs though I feel I will need to supplement it with something a bit richer as the weather gets dryer. It also has an SPF of 15 which is fine if you are indoors. You would need an additional sunscreen if you’re spending more time outdoors though.

The Himalaya Youth Eternity Under Eye Cream comes in a tube with a slim nozzle to dispense the product – again, very travel friendly packaging.
While this cream has a very light texture, it is very moisturising and I love it for my dehydrated under eye area as well as my mouth area. Most eye creams are very rich and feel very heavy while applying but here, I really liked the light gel-creme texture. I have consistently been burning the candle at both ends so can’t expect an eye cream to work any miracles but my under eye area is certainly more hydrated so the fine lines appear minimised.

As with the Day Cream, the Himalaya Youth Eternity Night Cream too. is packaged with a very convenient pump. In terms of texture and consistency , it is richer than the day cream, offering more nourishment to the skin while you get your beauty sleep.
As with all the Youth Eternity products, the Night Cream too. is rich in anti-inflammatory properties. It gives good hydration to the skin and I wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep with my skin looking refreshed and well-rested. When using this cream, I don’t need to apply any other serums or sleeping masks. Perhaps in winter I might need to when the skin becomes drier.

The Himalaya Youth Eternity Range is a wonderful starting range for girls looking to start an anti-aging skincare regime. It is also a lovely and effective range for those in their 30s seeking anti-aging skincare at an affordable price. All the three products in this range have stem cells from the Edelweiss plant and combine those with other extracts from exotic plants and herbs. Oh, and it is also free from parabens and pthalates!
