Healthy hair starts at the roots, and these 3 steps have really worked wonders for me. I’ve been following this regime since over 4 months and the results are in front of you.

Of course, my hair fall hasn’t totally stopped (the fluctuating perimenopause hormones are to blame) but it has reduced to a large extent, and I do have a good amount of baby hair growing as well!

Have you ever woken up missing someone so bad that it’s actually a physically ache?

Moms of uni kids will know what I mean…. will relate to this bitter-sweet feeling.

So grateful for technology that lets us video call the not-so-little birdies who have flown the nest and that allows us to see their location on the map. Must have been so difficult for our parents who had to be dependent on international postal service and ISD calls.
