The Philips Satinelle Advanced is a chargeable device and can be used wet as well as dry. Since I don’t wait for my hair to grow back fully before epilating, it gives me about 3-4 uses on arms and legs before it needs to be charged again. It has rounded tweezing discs that gently remove the hair without pulling on the skin. At the base of the unit is a light that flickers red to indicate when the device needs to be charged. When the device is fully charged, the light stays a steady green.
Besides the charger and the white pouch to keep the Satinelle in, the device also comes with a little rush to keep the blades and tweezers clean, a shaving head, a sensitive skin head that reduces the amount of skin that the device comes into contact with and another head that stretches the skin so that it is easy for the hair to be pulled out without tugging. My sensitive areas have already received the laser treatments so I don’t need to use the device there but for those of you who are using an epilator for the first time, it would really be handy. Also, even if you can handle the pain of getting waxed down there, using an epilator there is not advisable and for that you have the shaver attachment.

This model, BRE210, the most premium model, is priced at an affordable ₹5,995. Philips also has two other models in the Satinelle which are even more affordable at ₹2,495 and ₹3,495. I really like the fact that Philips has priced their gadgets so affordably. There are also several discounts available online which make the price even more pocket-friendly. Agreed there are’t some attachments that are available in other rival brands, but then it’s price is almost half of the rival’s as well.
