Of late, my already dry hair was becoming drier, rougher and frizzier and I simply couldn’t understand why. My diet was the same, I had not fallen ill, I had not suddenly changed my shampoo/conditioner…. I was clueless. A friend of mine suggested using a good hair mask and that treasure hunt led me to…..
Rusk Sensories Wellness Bedew Treatment Review
I found this at Premsons and was really apprehensive about buying this because it is really expensive. The 113gm tub cost a whopping Rs. 1875!!! But I ended up buying it because
it has no harsh chemicals; it is Paraben free, Sulfate free, Gluten free and MEA/TEA/DEA free.
This is what the Rusk website has to say about the Sensories Wellness series:
From the far-flung corners of the earth, Rusk sources rare oils from the Tahitian Tiare flower, the Moroccan Argan tree and the Ethiopian Abyssinica to create Sensories Wellness, the latest addition to the successful, invigorating Sensories line of hair care products. Free of sulphates, parabens, petrochemicals, pthalates and MEA/TEA/DEA, Sensories Wellness offers you a choice for maintaining an optimal state of health and way of being. Sensories Wellness provides a colour-safe, organic and luxurious hair care experience. Indulge all your senses in an exquisite beauty rejuvenation that awakens the olfactory system while treating hair to the best in natural and organic elements.
The Sensories Wellness Bedew Treatment is a hydrating treatment for anyone with hair in need of serious moisture (that’s me). It deeply conditions while intensely hydrating and moisturising coarse, dry hair.
It’s been about 4 months now that I have been using this treatment once a week instead of my normal conditioner and I am glad that I bought this. It has seriously made a difference to my hair.
When I use this, my hair feel softer, shinier and definitely more hydrated. It is less frizzy too! Just a small scoop is enough for my long hair and I massage this on clean, wet hair, leave it on for about 4-5 minutes and then rinse with water.
It is a pale yellow cream, quite thick and emollient and smells heavenly!!! The fragrance is like a Mediterranean orchard, very citrusy and invigorating but not too over-powering. The jar is a little more than 3/4ths full even after using it for almost 4 months. But like I said, a little goes a long way.
A wonderful product, not very easily available and very expensive too…but when my hair looks and feels so much healthier, I feel it is worth the price!
Have any of you tried this? Would love to hear about your experience…
Its much cheaper in USA. Check out Amazon. Try out SheaMoisture Deep Treatment Masque, Raw Shea Butter for Dry Damaged Hair. I have started using this for few days now and already love it! Hair so soft and shiny 🙂
