Do you believe in love at first sight? I mean, with clothes? Like you see an outfit and feel that it’s calling out to you? As though it was made for you? Happens with me quite often and just last week, “Apparel Cupid” struck again….
Seeing the bodycon fit, I was initially apprehensive about this dress but the minute I tried it out, I knew I had to have it.
It is a beautiful, cobalt blue maxi with a bodycon fit and a drapey chiffon layer on top embellished with blue beads on both edges. The bodycon “lining” ends a couple of inches above the knees while the chiffon flows down to the ankles.

I wanted to wear my gold heels with this dress but somehow, my legs ache a lot in them. Infact, that happens with almost all of my heels except these Rockport ones. Perhaps because these ones have cushioning? Guess I also need to get my Serum B12 checked.

As you all know by now, I’m not much of an accessories person. All I wore with this dress are my solitaire earrings and rings. I wanted to keep the whole look very subtle.
The makeup too, was quite simple with kohled eyes and pink lips. My hair of course, was unstyled. The rains and the resultant humidity wreck havoc with anything I attempt to do with my hair, no matter what serum / styling products I use.
