How true are these words by Calvin Klein? Unless we are super lucky and blessed with absolutely flawless skin, it DOES take a bit of help for our skin to look “naturally good”. Most girls are perpetually on a hunt for that perfect foundation that gives a no-makeup makeup look and makes it look like she has naturally nice skin with a couple of freckles showing to keep it real. The latest foundation on my testing table, the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation, claims to give just this kind of natural finish. Does it live up to it’s claims? Read on to find out….
Maybelline Fit Me Foundation Review
About the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation

Now there’s makeup that doesn’t hide or mask, but compliments and perfects your complexion. The new FitMe! FitMe! Matte & Poreless Foundation:
This foundation gives you a natural and flawless complexion from every angle for skin that shows its fabulous best!
Here’s why you’ll love it:
– Its 25% anti-shine perlite + micro blurring powders, make visible pores and shine disappear, getting you the perfect selfie-ready look.
– It has a poreless finish to cover up your blemishes.
– Matte finish foundation erases pores.
– Available in 6 shades: Ivory, Medium Beige, Natural Buff, Sun Beige, Toast, and Toffee. “
The Maybelline Fit Me Foundation comes in a simple rectangular glass bottle with a black cap. It doesn’t have a pump, but then neither does the foundation that costs six times as much
as this, so no complaints.
What I love about this foundation is it’s texture. It glides onto the skin and actually feels like you’re smoothing on velvet onto your face. Perhaps that doesn’t make much sense but if you apply this foundation, you would realise what I mean. True to claims, it DOES give a poreless, matte finish without making it look lifeless and chalky. The finish you get is a radiant matte one – an oxymoron, but true.
The Maybelline Fit Me Foundation is available in 6 shades and the shade 310 Sun Beige is an absolute perfect match for my NC42 / 3W2Cashew skintone. It blends in perfectly and quickly with the fingers and gives such a beautiful, natural look that it has become my favourite foundation to wear in the morning when I’m in a hurry and have to go for school meetings. Now that the weather in Bombay has gone back to being terribly hot, this foundation is just what combination / oily – skinned girls need.
Here are a couple of pictures of me wearing the shade 310 Sun Beige…..
The Maybelline Fit Me Foundation gives medium coverage and does conceal minor imperfections, but not all, thus keeping the look very “real and natural”. You could build up the coverage if you like but it might just accentuate any dry spots on the face.
And now for the bestest part; the price. This amazing foundation is priced at justs ₹525! I don’t think any other foundation gives such quality at this price.
