The last couple of weeks have been such a busy, busy time for me and the blog, unfortunately had to take a back seat. If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen some glimpses of that in my stories. This skincare post on the Oriflame Eco Beauty Cleansing Milk, Face Cream and Eye Cream was supposed to have been posted a month ago but somehow, the pictures got buried under hundreds of others that I kept clicking. So, a couple of months after this range was launched, here’s my review of three products from Oriflame Eco Beauty.
About the Oriflame Eco Beauty Range
“Indulge your skin with the best nature has to offer. We have sourced some of the finest natural and organic ingredients, with all nutrients and vitamins preserved, for naturally healthy and radiant skin. Eco Beauty is for anyone who wants to live a more environmentally respectful lifestyle by using sustainable, high quality beauty products.”
The Oriflame Eco Beauty range comprises of five products – the Cleansing Milk, the Toner, the Serum, the Eye Cream and the Face Cream. Of these, I have three – Cleansing Milk, eye cream and face cream – that I will be reviewing.
Before I get started with the products, take a look at the gorgeous floral decor at the launch event of Oriflame Eco Beauty…
Oriflame Eco Beauty Cleansing Milk
Price : ₹1200 / 200ml
“Rich, creamy cleansing milk melts away makeup and impurities. Infused with Organic Sunflower Seed Oil and soothing Organic Cornflower Water to protect and condition skin. Leaves skin feeling soft, smooth and loved. Ideal for removing eye makeup. Paraben-free. Certified Organic.”
The Oriflame Eco Beauty Cleansing Milk is slightly thicker in texture than traditional cleansing milks (but not as thick as a cream) and comes in a pump bottle that makes dispensing the product easy and prevents spillages. It has a mild, fresh, floral fragrance that smells lovely and is good for cleansing off all the dirt, grime and sebum from the face. It also removes sunscreen and light makeup but isn’t very effective against long wear, full coverage foundation or smudge proof eye pencils.
While it is a mild yet effective cleanser, I find that it tingles the sensitive skin around my mouth. Nothing major just a mild tingling which subsides soon.
I apply the Oriflame Eco Beauty Cleansing Milk all over my face at bedtime (on days when I am wearing only sunscreen or very light makeup), massage it all over to break down and melt all the dirt and grime, and wipe it off with a wet wash cloth. After that, I either simply rinse off the residue with water, or use a face wash if I feel like my skin needs it.
Ingredients
AQUA, CENTAUREA CYANUS FLOWER WATER, DICAPRYLYL CARBONATE, GLYCERIN, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, HELIANTHUS ANNUUS HYBRID OIL, CETEARYL WHEAT STRAW GLYCOSIDES, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, BENZYL ALCOHOL, XANTHAN GUM, SODIUM BENZOATE, PALMITIC ACID, STEARIC ACID, LACTIC ACID, TOCOPHEROL
Oriflame Eco Beauty Eye Cream
Price: ₹799 / 15ml.
“Antioxidant-rich Arctic Lingonberry and Sea Buckthorn Seed Oils help to reenergise skin around eyes as it diminishes signs of fatigue.”
Packaged in a slim, travel-friendly tube with an ultra thin nozzle, the Oriflame Eco Beauty Eye Cream has a lovely soft texture that is somewhere between a cream and a lotion. It is quite light, yet decently hydrating and adds moisture to the delicate under eye area.
Because it hydrates the under eye area, it does reduce the appearance of dehydration-induced fine lines. However, do not expect it to work wonders on your dark circles and make them disappear but no topical product can actually do that. However, because it is hydrating and does make the under eye area appear smoother, it is a great eye cream for those who are just starting out on an anti-aging regime.

Oriflame Eco Beauty Face Cream
Price : ₹1,699 / 50ml
“Intensely hydrating cream nourishes your skin with Arctic Lingonberry and Sea Buckthorn Seed Oils. Infused with natural oils rich in antioxidants, Vitamin E and essential fatty acids to replenish skin. The result? Softer, smoother and brighter skin. Paraben-free. Certified Natural and Fairtrade.”
The Oriflame Eco Beauty Face Cream comes in an adorable pump bottle. There is something about the lovely white and black packaging of this range with the colourful flowers that instantly appeals to the Flower Child in all of us.
This cream is quite rich and nourishing and would be great for those with dry skin. Since my skin is combination + dehydrated, I avoided using the Oriflame Eco Beauty Face Cream during the day but used it as a night cream. While my T-zone was slightly oily when I woke up, the rest of my face felt hydrated and plumped thanks to this cream.

My Views
I really liked the Oriflame Eco Beauty range since there are absolutely NO NASTIES in it – no mineral oil, no parabens etc and it also has fair trade ingredients, some of which are certified organic! The products also have a delightful fragrance due to the oils and flower extracts in them and are gentle on even sensitive skin. And the packaging is travel-friendly too (though the Cleansing Milk bottle is actually too big for short weekend trips). I really like these products and am thinking of trying out the serum too.
Have you tried out any products from this range? What are your thoughts on them?
Was waiting for a review of these
Thanks
They all sound wonderful
